Ingredients

75g La Vieja Fábrica No Peel Marmalade

100g chia seeds

30g cacao powder

300ml almond milk

1/2 zest of an orange

1/2 juice of an orange

Yoghurt

1/2 Fresh orange segments

Method

1.

Place all ingredients apart from the yogurt & orange segments in a bowl & mix until thoroughly combined

2.

Leave to sit for at least 10 mins

3.

Place into 4 bowls & top each with 1 tbsp of yoghurt or as required

4.

Peel the remaining orange & slice into segments & place on top
