100ml Ellers Farm Gin

2 tbsp La Vieja Fábrica No Peel Marmalade

2 tsp lemon juice

Handful ice

Slice of fresh orange for garnish

Method

1.

Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker.

2.

Shake for approx. 30 seconds, strain into 2 glasses and garnish with a segment of orange.
