This blood orange, chia and yogurt bowl brings a lovely balance of sweet and tangy citrus that works perfectly for breakfast or as a dessert.

300g Greek yoghurt
4-6 tbsp La Vieja Fábrica Thick Cut Orange Marmalade
4 tbsp chia seeds
240ml fresh blood orange juice
½ tsp psyllium husk (for a thicker, jelly-like texture)
Fresh blood orange slices and chopped pistachios to garnish (optional)

Combine the blood orange juice, chia seeds and psyllium husk, stir well to prevent clumping.

Leave for 5 minutes then stir again.
3.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and set.
4.
Layer the Chia mixture, Greek Yoghurt and marmalade into two glasses.
5.
Repeat the layers, finishing with the yoghurt, extra marmalade and fresh blood orange slices.
6.
Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set neatly.
