We’ve been making preserves for generations. All that experience has shown us that making them tasty can’t be rushed. That’s why we still cook them slowly, every single time. We could make it quicker like everyone else. But it’s our unique, slow cooking method that preserves the whole fruit flavour. So we’ll keep taking our time to create an irresistibly fruity taste for you to enjoy.
